It was created for use with paint and stain stencil applications, particularly with paint and spray techniques on flat, smooth, hard substrates and surfaces.
This mask-film is designed for use when a peelable mask or stencil is required, such as for paint brushing and spray-painting decorating of banners, tarpaulins, vehicles, signboards, and more. It contains a specifically formulated removable, pressure-sensitive, acrylic adhesive.
Key features are:
- Strong temporary adhesion to many different substrates
- Excellent transparency for accurate positioning.
- Large substrates may be applied with ease.
- Outstanding cutting and take-off capabilities.
- Immune to the majority of paint and colour schemes.
- Excellent removal from the majority of surfaces.
Also, most mineral oils, fats, and fuels, aliphatic solvents, mild acids, salts, and alkalis, including diesel, gasoline, paraffin, hydraulic oil, and antifreeze, are resistant to it. And with its translucent matt, all-purpose paint masking film with clean edge definition, Oracal 810 maps well on all cutting machines.
